This role involves supervising inmate workers at the Federal Bureau of Prisons’ facility. They’re responsible for receiving, storing, shipping, and issuing various supplies, materials, equipment, and commodities needed to run the FPI factory.

  If you’re not currently working in an institution, you’ll need to complete a qualification inquiry about convictions of misdemeanor crimes of domestic violence to be allowed to carry a firearm

 Take the Core Value Assessment (CVA) at a Bureau of Prisons Human Resource Servicing office. The CVA is an in-person assessment that you’ll need to complete within 70 minutes and get a passing score of 68. If you don’t finish the assessment or don’t pass, you won’t be considered for the job anymore. Note: The CVA won’t be given to current BOP employees.
